small, nice hotel with less than 20 rooms.
light switches didn't work, somehow the electricty system froze and become useless. rooms are quite small indeed

The room was fantastic, any very modern very luxuries.
The staff were pushy, insultive annoying and very unprofessional. They didnt know how to treat customers of 5 star hotels, they have no touch in dealing with money issues, they are simply incompetent

This hotel had great amenities and the bedding was extremely comfortable. the location was also convenient as it offered easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and attentive, which made for an enjoyable stay overall.
The hotel was understaffed, which led to long wait times for breakfast and other services. the hotel was not accommodating for individuals with disabilities.

The room at this hotel was extremely comfortable, with the comfiest bed and linen ever. The beautiful furniture and great amenities added to the overall experience. The hotel is located in a very nice settlement/neighbourhood, which was a key location factor for me. the elegant building added to the charm of the stay.
The service at this hotel was almost non-existent. The breakfast experience was a joke, with long waiting times and incorrect orders.

We had a luxurious stay, with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the private facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful lounge area and stunning views from the terrace.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service during breakfast, which caused some frustration among other guests. this did not detract from our overall experience and we still had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
